Insured Shipping
Every order ships fully insured via a signature-required carrier. Your investment is protected from our door to yours. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we work to resolve it immediately.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Returns Policy
All sales are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at Sales@sanomajewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. Custom and special-order pieces are non-returnable.

Tips for Accurate Sizing
- Measure your finger at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger
- Measure when your hands are warm — cold hands can be up to half a size smaller
- For wider bands (over 6mm), consider sizing up by half a size
- When between sizes, choose the larger size

Daily Care
- Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising
- Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, and cleaning chemicals
- Put jewelry on last when getting dressed
- Remove rings when working with your hands
Cleaning Your Jewelry
- Clean with warm water, a few drops of mild dish soap, and a soft toothbrush
- Gently scrub around the stone and setting
- Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth
- Avoid ultrasonic cleaners on pieces with prong settings without professional advice
Storage
- Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box
- Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures
- Diamonds can scratch other gemstones — store them apart
Lab Grown Diamond Care
Lab grown diamonds have the same physical and chemical properties as mined diamonds and require the same care. They are the hardest natural material (10 on the Mohs scale) but can still chip if struck at the right angle. Handle with care and have settings checked periodically by a professional jeweler.
